About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers
- Own recruiting execution across multiple technical organizations including Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, and Product
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to optimize processes, systems, and tooling
- Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, pipeline health, and recruiter productivity
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and closing techniques
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and structured interviewing
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth technology company
- Proven success managing technical recruiters and/or sourcers
- Experience partnering with Engineering and executive leadership on complex technical hiring
- Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling recruiting organizations through hypergrowth or IPO preparation
- Deep knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms
- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, or data center organizations
- Experience building recruiter enablement programs or interview training
