About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers
  • Own recruiting execution across multiple technical organizations including Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, and Product
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to optimize processes, systems, and tooling
  • Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, pipeline health, and recruiter productivity
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and closing techniques
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and structured interviewing
  • Leverage automation and AI to improve recruiter efficiency

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth technology company
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and executive leadership on complex technical hiring
  • Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent coaching and performance management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling recruiting organizations through hypergrowth or IPO preparation
  • Deep knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms
  • Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, or data center organizations
  • Experience building recruiter enablement programs or interview training
