Manager, Technical Program Management - Security

Responsibilities

• Build technical and product depth to understand Security architecture choices and evaluate tradeoffs
• Bridge engineering execution with customer outcomes and product strategy
• Engage in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical tradeoff conversations
• Raise the bar in program reviews by identifying gaps and driving accountable follow-through
• Translate complex technical topics into clear narratives for executive audiences
• Lead, manage, coach, and mentor a team of TPMs
• Collaborate with leadership to define functional ladders and performance evaluation criteria
• Drive scalable process improvements across multiple teams and functions
• Manage high business impact programs while navigating ambiguity

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology as an engineer, product manager, or TPM
• 5+ years of experience in a people management role managing other TPMs
• Technical depth to drive conversations with engineering and product management
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for tracking complex programs
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or Information Systems
