Manager Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the technical team, including performance reviews and HR administration
• Manage energy and sustainability portfolios, including energy management and building automation systems (Priva)
• Ensure technical reliability, safety, and continuity of buildings, grounds, and installations
• Oversee multi-year maintenance plans, certifications, and technical inspections
• Coordinate third-party contractors and internal/external stakeholders for technical projects
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and investment proposals for technical operations
• Provide emergency support for technical calamities (fire, leaks, outages) on an on-call basis

Requirements

• MBO+ technical education level
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical or facility management leadership role
• Experience in project management and knowledge of safety, environmental, and maintenance regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Analytical, decisive, and structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work flexibly in urgent situations
