Manager, Technical Delivery APAC - NVIS

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technical team of Senior Networking Solutions Architects and technical specialists across the APAC region.
• Provide overall technical control for all InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery projects, ensuring adherence to NVIDIA DC product standards.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and operational reliability of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure, focusing on InfiniBand networking and AI orchestration tools.
• Lead technical decision-making for complex projects involving full-stack data center technologies, including storage, server, networking, virtualization, and GPU.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, optimizing workflows for network provisioning, system design, and automation.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers and partners across APAC, serving as the technical leadership point of contact.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and empower them to deliver complex projects independently.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive technical experience in data center infrastructure.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams of 10 or more members.
• Strong technical background in NVIDIA DC products, including networking solutions, InfiniBand, and AI orchestration tools (e.g., Base Command Manager).
• Deep expertise in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP stack, data center architecture, and InfiniBand networks.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (bilingual) to effectively engage with customers and partners across the APAC region.
• Proven track record of overseeing end-to-end technical delivery of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Linux or Networking Certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, HCIE) or NVIDIA-related certifications.
• Extensive experience with HPC job schedulers such as Slurm or PBS.
• Familiarity with cloud networks (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid cloud infrastructure delivery.
• Experience leading technical teams in a professional services or tech vendor environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML workloads and their integration with GPU-accelerated systems.
