Manager Technical Delegate Team

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team of Technical Delegates within a specific country to ensure correct program execution
• Achieve project KPIs related to technical activities and dealer network quality
• Plan and monitor Technical Delegates' visit schedules and field interventions
• Act as the primary operational interface for the Client at the country level
• Lead, motivate, and support the country Technical Delegate team through performance reviews and development plans
• Produce concise reporting on country performance, trends, and root causes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing projects or programs in the automotive sector
• Experience coordinating field teams such as technical specialists or network consultants
• Experience managing B2B client relationships and multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales (service, diagnosis, warranty, technical support)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage project plans using tools like MS Project or Planner

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous technical or technical-commercial experience in a dealership, importer/NSC, or OEM environment
• Familiarity with automotive information systems (DMS, diagnostic tools, OEM technical portals)
• Experience in process improvement or launching new programs
