Manager, Technical Account Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers and Key Account Managers
• Establish performance standards, operating rhythms, and best practices for customer engagement
• Own the success of strategic customers and drive onboarding, adoption, and retention
• Act as a strategic advisor to help customers optimize AI-powered workflows
• Guide customers through integrations, deployments, and platform architecture discussions
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges
• Create playbooks, documentation, and scalable customer success processes
• Define and track customer success metrics and team KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, or related technical roles
• 2+ years of people management experience leading customer-facing teams
• Experience managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud architectures
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and data layers
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, AI, or developer platforms
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and Webhooks
• Experience building customer success processes in a scaling startup
• Experience supporting global strategic customers
