About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Technical Account Management team supporting mid-market to enterprise accounts across AMER.
  • Build a high-accountability operating rhythm with clear goals, performance expectations, and KPI visibility.
  • Ensure strong execution of customer engagement processes across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal-risk moments.
  • Use customer health signals and adoption data to help the team prioritize efforts and intervene early.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless customer experience and remove blockers.
  • Build and operationalize AI-driven workflows, agents, and automated playbooks to increase team coverage and quality.
  • Drive AI adoption within the team as a core performance expectation to act as a force multiplier.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar post-sales SaaS function.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing, customer-facing teams.
  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong operational judgment and ability to use data (health scores, adoption signals) to drive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tooling into team workflows to improve speed and coverage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with work management, collaboration, or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Experience building or scaling post-sales processes and playbooks in high-growth environments.
  • Experience building or deploying AI agents or intelligent workflow systems to reduce manual effort.
