Manager - Tech Consulting - ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in designing and developing robust integration frameworks and end-to-end solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop integration frameworks using REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Azure AD, and Jira.
• Leverage middleware and data lake solutions including Snowflake, Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, and OCI.
• Define governance models, reusability standards, and best practices for all integration projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to identify integration points and map data flows.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met across all integrations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including sequence diagrams, data mapping, and API specifications.

Requirements

• B.E/B-Tech in Computer Science from a recognized college or university.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development and configuration roles.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow integration Lead working on ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture.
• Proven experience in project delivery and working directly with stakeholders and clients.
