Manager - Tax & Treasury

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax and treasury functions, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations and optimizing the company's effective tax position.
• Manage worldwide tax strategy, reporting, and compliance, including tax provisioning and financial disclosures.
• Oversee global cash flow, forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Develop and maintain global transfer pricing frameworks and ensure compliance with intercompany transaction regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on U.S. and international tax matters to support business decisions and tax-efficient structuring.
• Drive treasury transformation, centralization, and efficiency initiatives, including improvements in treasury systems and controls.
• Manage debt structuring, borrowing, and intercompany financing.

Requirements

• Master's degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• 10+ years of experience in a corporate tax and treasury environment.
• Specialization in tax accounting, international tax, or treasury management.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with treasury management systems and cash forecasting models.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including CFOs, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen.
