Manager - TAX

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, prioritizing multiple deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Lead teams in providing tax, accounting, and financial reporting services within the National Tax GCR ACR division.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax audit reports, and related schedules.
• Manage end-to-end audits, including liaison with auditors and clients, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting, periodic closing, and management of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review general ledgers and books of account to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Handle tax provisions including TDS, payroll compliances, and advance tax computations.
• Utilize SAP/ERP environments to manage voluminous data and ensure process efficiency.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 15+ years of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Deep knowledge of IGAAP and IndAS accounting standards.
• Proven expertise in tax audit and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency working within SAP or similar ERP environments.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.

• Experience working across various sectors and industries.
• Ability to identify business development opportunities and generate leads.
