Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-departmental functions including sports, recreation, food & beverage, and member relations
• Supervise gym, tennis, paddle, swimming, and fitness programs
• Direct the performance of restaurants, lounges, and catering services
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all club assets
• Recruit, train, and supervise multidisciplinary teams
• Plan and execute social, sports, and family events
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and procurement to achieve cost targets

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in managing private members' country club operations
• Proven expertise in sports and recreation management
• Strong background in food & beverage operations and service standards
• Experience in facilities maintenance and vendor coordination
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in financial and administrative management including budgeting and P&L
