Manager, Talent Solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to build a pipeline of hiring employers to secure jobs for graduates
• Develop a strong network of local employers to support job placement and workforce development
• Conduct initial outreach to employers through job fairs, networking events, and social media
• Provide personalized career guidance and support to individuals regarding job attainment and progression
• Assist individuals in identifying career paths and aligning skills with opportunities
• Conduct job readiness assessments on learners to ensure readiness for graduation
• Monitor and manage student outcome and placement data in Salesforce
• Maintain accurate records of career advisement sessions and contribute to success reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, sales, or workforce development
• Experience in career and job development with job-readiness training
• Proven ability to generate or leverage existing relationships with employers
• Knowledge of workforce development and social media platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong metrics orientation
• Proficiency with Salesforce or learning management systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adult workforce development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
