About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, validate, and implement practical and defensible selection tools and processes.
  • Lead large-scale and complex validation studies and conduct statistical analyses to drive business decisions.
  • Communicate complex statistical results and implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build alignment and "trusted partner" relationships with senior HR leaders and business partners.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of large data sets for various selection and assessment programs.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve interaction models and build organizational trust.
  • Serve as an analyst for selection tool evaluation, including business impact and adverse impact metrics.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in talent assessment, talent development, or talent management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee selection and assessment work.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting.
  • At least 2 years of data analysis experience, including building statistical models in R, Python, or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies such as regression, longitudinal analysis, or Bayesian modeling.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to complete enterprise-level selection projects.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or similar productivity programs.
