Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for field leadership roles including Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Area Leader
• Partner with Regional General Managers and People Business Partners to align on candidate profiles
• Manage sourcing strategy using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, Fountain, Recruitics, and BrightHire
• Facilitate monthly Talent Slating calls to drive succession planning and internal promotion pipelines
• Manage full-cycle hiring for new restaurant openings including market research and comp analysis
• Directly manage and coach a team of 2-3 Talent Advisors
• Partner with leadership on workforce forecasting and TA capacity planning

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume multi-unit environments
• Experience managing or mentoring junior recruiting team members
• Strong consultative partnership skills with senior leaders
• Data fluency with ATS and HRIS platforms like Greenhouse and ChartHop
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying systemic improvements
