Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sourcing by shifting from reactive hiring to proactive, market-intelligence-led talent acquisition
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a dedicated recruiting team
• Partner with business leaders to translate talent strategy into actionable workforce plans
• Champion operational excellence by ensuring process hygiene and data integrity across the recruiting function
• Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and AI tools to optimize and streamline talent processes
• Design and execute scalable search strategies, including role specifications and interview frameworks
• Build and maintain robust, forward-looking talent pipelines to support long-term workforce planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience specifically within financial services or investment talent markets
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategies for competitive disciplines such as portfolio management, research, and quantitative strategies
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including compensation and benefits
• Experience leveraging enterprise recruiting tools and a tech-enabled mindset to drive data-driven outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a complex, high-demand environment
