Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team
• Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational goals and bilingual requirements
• Partner with various departments to identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition management or a similar leadership role
• Proficiency in both English and French (bilingualism is required)
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycles and modern sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
