Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Availity’s global goals.
• Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the recruiting team in Bangalore.
• Partner with hiring managers in both India and the U.S. to understand technical hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to attract top technology talent.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and turnover to drive data-backed improvements.
• Enhance the Availity employer brand in India through strategic branding initiatives and industry engagement.
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of proven talent acquisition experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably supporting technology organizations.
• Deep expertise in technology hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet aggressive targets.
