Manager, Talent Acceleration/Talent Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of talent and organizational development solutions
• Act as a thought partner to HRBPs and business leaders to connect capability gaps to actionable solutions
• Partner with regional teams to build and localize scalable programs
• Drive adoption and engagement through data-driven program design
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent talent initiatives and communicate updates to senior leadership
• Apply change management principles to drive program adoption

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in talent management, L&D, or organizational development
• Experience leading program design in high-growth consumer products or technology environments
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in OD, I/O Psychology, or Adult Learning preferred
• AI-fluency with experience using AI-enabled learning tools
• Strong instructional and learning experience design skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous business priorities into structured solutions
• Data fluency for defining success metrics and analyzing effectiveness
