Manager, Systems Test Engineering

About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for the $1T supply chain market.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of test engineers developing equipment and fixtures
• Drive professional development through mentoring and training
• Establish group and individual objectives, priorities, and metrics
• Manage and allocate team resources across multiple projects
• Provide technical leadership for production equipment, test fixtures, and process tools
• Manage requirements traceability to ensure equipment meets specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure requirements are met

Requirements

• BS or graduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Control Systems Engineering
• Experience leading teams developing test and process equipment
• Extensive engineering experience with complex electro-mechanical equipment
• Experience with validation of processes, equipment, and products
• Strong communication skills across technical disciplines and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Python or C++ for data analysis and scripting
