Manager Sustainability (Strategy & Reporting)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG strategy aligned with global standards, double materiality assessment, and business objectives
• Prepare sustainability disclosures and reports in compliance with GRI, ESRS, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, and TCFD
• Manage ESG ratings and questionnaires including S&P DJSI CSA, CDP, and MSCI to drive score improvements
• Produce monthly and quarterly ESG dashboards, MIS, and briefing notes for customers, investors, and senior leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, Safety, Operations, and Supply Chain, as well as external stakeholders
• Manage corporate certification programs including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Lead cross-functional ESG projects and ensure the timely delivery of sustainability initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in energy management, carbon accounting, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
• Strong technical expertise in LCA tools such as One Click LCA or SimaPro
• Deep knowledge of global sustainability and carbon reporting frameworks including GRI, ESRS, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, and CBAM
• Hands-on experience with ESG ratings (S&P DJSI CSA, CDP, MSCI) and developing internal carbon pricing models
