Manager, Sustainability Reporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory sustainability reporting services, including process design and audit readiness for carbon footprint measurement (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
• Support clients in establishing GHG inventories, defining boundaries, and developing carbon accounting methodologies
• Advise on climate-related financial disclosures, including governance, risk management, and integration into financial reporting processes
• Provide tailored advice aligned with evolving frameworks such as AASB S1 & S2, ISSB, and TCFD
• Assist clients in translating complex reporting requirements into practical, scalable solutions
• Support and mentor junior team members to contribute to a high-performance team environment
• Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, training, and coaching initiatives

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Background in audit, accounting, or financial reporting
• Experience in financial audit, assurance, or accounting advisory
• Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or climate-related reporting
• Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks such as ISSB, TCFD, or AASB S1 & S2
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to carbon accounting, climate risk assessment, or ESG reporting processes
• Ability to interpret complex and evolving reporting requirements and translate them into practical client outcomes
