Manager Sustainability (PCF and Decarbonization)

Responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) and organizational carbon footprints in alignment with GHG Protocol standards
• Manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting and develop effective reduction strategies
• Develop and implement Net Zero Roadmaps for both products and operations
• Engage senior leadership regarding carbon neutrality strategies and progress tracking
• Design and implement internal carbon pricing mechanisms to drive low-carbon decision-making
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to improve carbon data transparency
• Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using tools such as One Click LCA or SimaPro
• Prepare Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for public disclosure

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in energy management, carbon accounting, and LCA
• Technical expertise in LCA tools such as One Click LCA or SimaPro
• Hands-on experience developing internal carbon pricing models
• Deep knowledge of global sustainability and carbon reporting frameworks including CDP, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, CBAM, and IFRS S2
