About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and personnel leadership for the certification team
- Develop sustainability and certification strategies for building and portfolio developments
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and workshops from concept to certification
Requirements
- University degree in architecture, engineering, environmental sciences, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable planning or certification consulting
- Deep knowledge of Swiss standards (Minergie-ECO, SNBS, SGNI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international standards like LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, or WELL
- Professional accreditations (LEED AP, BREEAM Assessor, etc.)
- Proficiency in French
