Manager, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management (Alcon Vision Suite Manager)

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales of Alcon’s Surgical Equipment (AVS equipment) and identify new sales or demo leads.
• Implement marketing plans and build strong customer relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct safe and effective demonstrations of surgical equipment.
• Provide in-service training and clinical support within the operating room for the AVS portfolio.
• Perform comprehensive territory analysis, reporting, and resource/expense management.
• Manage demo equipment and consumables effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Surgical associates (ILMs and EMs) through regular communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety monitoring and reporting obligations regarding adverse events and product complaints.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree, preferably in business or a related curriculum.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in capital equipment.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience specifically in ophthalmic capital equipment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel nationwide for this field-based strategic role.
