About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of RI DHS TANF requirements and maintain a reduced caseload to maximize participant support
  • Ensure achievement of contract deliverables and high-quality service provision
  • Provide individualized supervision to staff to support participant success and employee development
  • Interpret contract and application language for verification of support services
  • Maintain tracking systems to monitor distributed supportive services
  • Develop partnerships with external partners to reduce barriers for participants
  • Implement workshops that support participant success
  • Participate in funder and organizational reporting to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in workforce development
  • Strong customer service and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
