About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of RI DHS TANF requirements and maintain a reduced caseload to maximize participant support
- Ensure achievement of contract deliverables and high-quality service provision
- Provide individualized supervision to staff to support participant success and employee development
- Interpret contract and application language for verification of support services
- Maintain tracking systems to monitor distributed supportive services
- Develop partnerships with external partners to reduce barriers for participants
- Implement workshops that support participant success
- Participate in funder and organizational reporting to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce development
- Strong customer service and listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
