About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding and provide vendor payment support for global AWAL teams
- Coordinate partner onboarding for key partners in South Asia and South East Asia, including account and banking setup
- Support audio release operations for partners in target regions in collaboration with global operations teams
- Assist AWAL partners with navigating internal processes and systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflows and delivery timelines
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional work experience, preferably in operations or coordination roles
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Operations, or a related field)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on operational trends
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
