Manager Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop two Senior Supply Planners
• Build team processes, ways of working, and planning frameworks from scratch
• Serve as Supply Planning's voice in the monthly S&OP
• Translate OTB into purchase orders and manage supplier constraints (MOQs, lead times, capacity)
• Proactively identify supply risks and drive contingency planning
• Develop and execute strategies to hit supply chain targets (service level, availability, inventory turns)
• Own supplier performance including delivery adherence and OTIF tracking
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on supply planning KPIs

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience managing planners
• Deep supply planning expertise across Ecommerce and Retail channels
• Experience managing multi-country supply bases
• Hands-on knowledge of size buy planning (jewelry, apparel, or comparable)
• Strong vendor management and MOQ negotiation skills
• Analytical proficiency with ability to present to executives
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
