Manager, Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous refinement of time-phased supply plans and inventory strategy across multiple product categories
• Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU at each node of the supply chain
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers on production scheduling and supply needs
• Work with cross-functional partners to create robust assumption-based inventory plans
• Track and drive reduction in excess and obsolete inventory
• Model scenarios to understand impacts of changes to demand, supply, and network assumptions
• Develop KPIs and targets to monitor production, service, and inventory performance
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• BA or equivalent required
• 4–6 years of experience in supply and/or inventory planning, ideally in CPG
• 4+ years of broader operations experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience with ERPs required, SAP strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment
