Manager, Supply Management Packaging

Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of global procurement strategies for Packaging categories aligned with business priorities.
• Execute category strategies through strategic sourcing initiatives, tenders, supplier negotiations, and savings projects.
• Track and monitor forecasted vs. actual savings and identify mitigation plans for supply and cost risks.
• Act as the key procurement interface for internal stakeholders, communicating market trends and performance results.
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management, including strategic relationship management.
• Maintain technical expertise in printed, primary, and industrial packaging solutions.
• Support Group Sustainability Targets by incorporating responsible sourcing principles into procurement strategies.
• Coordinate category strategy planning, including market insight analysis and opportunity prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Procurement, specifically within Packaging categories.
• Experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods companies is highly preferred.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, tenders, and negotiations.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Advanced English fluency is mandatory for communicating with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analyzing procurement data.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a transformational environment.
