Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including consumption analysis, inventory positioning, and replenishment policies.
• Optimize inventory levels at distribution centers to maximize service while minimizing net working capital.
• Provide leadership and guidance to supply chain associates and inventory analysts using Kinaxis systems.
• Manage Days On Hand (DOH) strategies for finished goods and packaging components to reduce obsolescence.
• Track and report on Supply Chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and 3PL metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve S&OP processes and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Establish and manage enterprise consensus forecasts at the SKU level for assigned brands and business units.
• Communicate supply chain disruptions with root cause analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proven experience within the CPG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex data templates.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and draw valid conclusions.
