Manager Supply Chain Planning - Global Process Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain planning processes and optimize end-to-end execution for surgical and aseptic franchises.
• Align business requirements, governance, and planning system configurations globally.
• Partner with Global S&OP and manufacturing teams to prioritize process improvements, including capacity planning and obsolescence management.
• Act as the functional subject matter expert for integrating advanced planning systems (APS) with internal systems like SAP ECC.
• Identify new system functionalities, develop business cases for enhancements, and collaborate with IT and software vendors on upgrades.
• Define global training needs to upskill network supply planners and increase planning maturity.
• Monitor effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic direction for planning parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or planning.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems (APS).
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or Engineering.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or OMP.
• Experience working with global manufacturing plants and diverse business environments.
