Manager, Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material program plans and subcontract management plans
• Manage risk and opportunity plans to meet program responsibilities and proactively mitigate issues
• Complete quarterly financial management reviews using Earned Value Management (EVM) through the EAC process
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Monitor performance metrics and oversee subcontractor execution performance
• Support gate reviews, EAC reviews, program reviews, and risk management reviews
• Obtain MPM certification level 4 within one year of hire

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or 5 years with an Advanced Degree)
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, MRP, program management, or finance
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Supply Chain
• Active Secret security clearance
• Certified Material Program Manager to Level 3
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and supplier negotiations
• Proficiency with MRP systems or tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS
