Manager, Student Employment Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a scalable experiential learning framework to transform on-campus student employment into career-connected experiences.
• Develop training, tools, and resources to equip supervisors and departments in creating high-impact student learning outcomes.
• Design assessment and partnership strategies to strengthen the institutional value of student employment.
• Facilitate comprehensive training and development initiatives for both student employees and on-campus supervisors.
• Build a community of practice for supervisors to foster effective mentorship and high-impact supervision.
• Support Student Employment Office operations, including data management and reporting via Workday.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align student employment with institutional career proficiency standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of full-time experience in a closely related field.
• Proven experience in project or program management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Professional experience in Human Resource Development, Workforce Development, Student Employment, or Experiential Learning.
• Experience developing, facilitating, or coordinating educational initiatives or training programs.
