Manager - Structural

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural aspects of construction supervision projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate structural designs into overall project plans
• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and structural standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding structural matters and provide regular updates
• Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers and construction professionals
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets required specifications
• Prepare and review project documentation, including structural reports, drawings, and specifications
• Identify and resolve structural issues or challenges during the construction process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience in structural engineering and construction management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven experience in the construction supervision of residential or retail projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
