Manager, Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact transformation programs focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational effectiveness
• Contribute to strategic planning, including annual and multi-year value creation roadmaps
• Partner with product and commercial teams on portfolio strategy, pricing/packaging analyses, and investment prioritization
• Assist with M&A activities including commercial diligence, synergy analysis, and post-merger integration planning
• Build robust financial models, business cases, and KPI dashboards to drive decision-making
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to execute strategic plans

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles
• Experience working within transformation programs or for private equity-backed portfolio companies
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development skills
• Proven ability to build executive-level presentations and compelling narratives
• Exposure to technology or SaaS business models
