Manager, Strategy & Planning

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational scaling blueprints into rigorous operational management plans
• Lead cross-functional teams through project dependency mapping and influence
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design repeatable, tech-forward systems
• Synthesize operational data into executive memos, briefings, and presentations
• Manage and maintain complex data-tracking dashboards using tools like Looker and Monday.com
• Drive project execution and manage high-priority milestones independently

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or startup scale-ups
• Proven track record of designing complex, matrixed workflows and operational systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive storytelling
• Deep experience with automated project management tools and G-Suite analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Gemini
• Experience with CRM frameworks and funnel workflow optimization
