Responsibilities
- Shape team strategy and decide future product directions
- Design and launch new initiatives from the ground up
- Analyze experiment results to inform business decisions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams
- Own projects from hypothesis through implementation and results
- Create and implement efficient cross-functional processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, growth, product, marketplace, or general management
- Ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced analytics, experimentation, and dashboards
- Proven track record of owning and scaling growth initiatives
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Past startup experience
- AI fluency including prompt engineering and model evaluation
