About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape team strategy and decide future product directions
  • Design and launch new initiatives from the ground up
  • Analyze experiment results to inform business decisions
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams
  • Own projects from hypothesis through implementation and results
  • Create and implement efficient cross-functional processes

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, growth, product, marketplace, or general management
  • Ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced analytics, experimentation, and dashboards
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling growth initiatives
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past startup experience
  • AI fluency including prompt engineering and model evaluation
