Manager, Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop audience growth and product growth strategies for DoorDash for Business
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Engineering
• Create scalable growth playbooks, dashboards, and research processes
• Drive platform growth by improving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
• Evaluate net-new product opportunities by sizing markets and validating demand
• Own voice-of-customer feedback loops to inform product roadmaps
• Use SQL and product analytics to translate data into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product growth, GTM strategy, business operations, or consulting
• MBA from a top-tier university or experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
• Strong SQL fluency
• Experience with customer segmentation, persona prioritization, and market sizing
• Ability to drive product growth strategy including adoption and lifecycle motions
• Experience evaluating net-new product opportunities and GTM feasibility
• Strong communication skills for presenting narratives to senior leaders
• Proven people leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth B2B, marketplace, SaaS, or platform environments
• AI-forward mindset using automation and emerging technologies to accelerate research and analysis
