About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day coordination between internal teams including Sales, CRM, Tech, Admin, HR, and Accounts
- Track execution of project-specific workflows, daily deliverables, and internal SLAs
- Support the onboarding of new real estate projects including documentation and tech system entries
- Maintain and update MIS trackers, performance dashboards, and key business reports
- Implement and monitor SOP adherence across business functions
- Ensure data accuracy on CRM tools, sales dashboards, and project listings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or backend support roles
- Experience managing digital teams, client documentation, or CRM tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
