Manager - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across strategy, growth, operating model, and transformation engagements from problem definition through implementation planning
• Structure analyses, synthesize findings, and develop executive-ready recommendations supported by data and business context
• Manage day-to-day engagement activities, project plans, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to align on priorities and decisions
• Coach junior practitioners, review work product, and maintain quality across all deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model design, or management consulting
• 3+ years of experience leading project teams or workstreams
• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, or operating models
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and facilitating stakeholder meetings
• Ability to travel 25% on average
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in MBA, finance, economics, engineering, public policy, or data analytics
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or growth strategy initiatives
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, or value case development
• Experience working with senior executive stakeholders
