Manager - Strategy & Execution

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver key milestones and strategic objectives
• Provide strategic input for growth plans, mergers, acquisitions, and transformations
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including feasibility studies and market entry evaluations
• Solve complex business challenges within highly regulated environments
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with local and international clients
• Contribute to team development and internal firm initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior or leading role within strategy consulting
• Sector expertise in healthcare (pharma, medtech, providers) and/or energy (utilities, renewables, infrastructure)
• University degree in strategy, consulting, economics, or a related field
• Professional fluency in English and either Czech or Slovak
• Valid working visa for the EU

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in additional sectors such as operations, logistics, or financial services
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
• Strong leadership potential and ability to influence peers
• Global mindset with an appreciation for diverse cultures and international markets
