About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of club benchmarking reports across ticketing, premium seating, and local sponsorship & media.
- Build and enhance ticket revenue models to support League event strategies, including demand forecasting and pricing optimization for events like the Super Bowl and International Games.
- Design and improve Excel-based tools and data collection frameworks to increase workflow efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze club and League data to identify performance gaps, trends, and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with the Club Consulting team to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Club Finance, Marketing, and Data & Analytics teams to align strategic initiatives.
- Streamline reporting processes to improve data integrity and reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or strategy & analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering).
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and building scalable data tools.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-ready communications.
- Proven ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to drive operational efficiencies.
