About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) for 500+ commissioned roles
  • Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations and payout processes
  • Own the Commissions forecasting process in partnership with FP&A
  • Lead the annual quota-setting process and develop quota capacity models
  • Build cost models and scenario analyses to quantify financial impact of plan changes
  • Lead the Bookings forecasting function and reconcile operational forecasts to financial plans
  • Partner with GTM Systems and BI to define analytical infrastructure and dashboards
  • Manage and develop a team of three to four analysts
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to the CRO and CFO

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation, sales operations, commercial finance, FP&A, or GTM strategy
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other post-graduate degree
  • Experience designing incentive programs for complex, multi-segment organizations
  • Track record of influencing C-level stakeholders (CRO, CFO)
  • Experience with Bookings or Revenue forecasting in a SaaS/subscription business
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience with compensation platforms (Xactly, Varicent) and Salesforce
  • Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or CCP designation
