About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) for 500+ commissioned roles
- Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations and payout processes
- Own the Commissions forecasting process in partnership with FP&A
- Lead the annual quota-setting process and develop quota capacity models
- Build cost models and scenario analyses to quantify financial impact of plan changes
- Lead the Bookings forecasting function and reconcile operational forecasts to financial plans
- Partner with GTM Systems and BI to define analytical infrastructure and dashboards
- Manage and develop a team of three to four analysts
- Present findings and recommendations directly to the CRO and CFO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation, sales operations, commercial finance, FP&A, or GTM strategy
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other post-graduate degree
- Experience designing incentive programs for complex, multi-segment organizations
- Track record of influencing C-level stakeholders (CRO, CFO)
- Experience with Bookings or Revenue forecasting in a SaaS/subscription business
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience with compensation platforms (Xactly, Varicent) and Salesforce
- Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or CCP designation
