Manager, Strategy and Performance ISIT

About the Company

Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), based in Singapore, is a subsidiary of Telenor Group. We deliver Global Category Management as a service to Telenor Business Units, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end Sourcing process and performance of global spend categories.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute overall category management strategies in close cooperation with Category Teams
• Take ownership over category reporting and performance management
• Support the VP of ISIT Area in opportunity analysis within and across categories
• Follow-up with Head of Categories on spend development and category performance
• Manage end-to-end quantitative analysis regarding spend base and sourcing activities, including baselining and Total Cost of Operations
• Oversee all reporting requirements including spend under management, savings, target settings, and pipeline planning
• Support the VP of ISIT Area in preparing for and conducting management meetings such as MBR and Board meetings

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy, analysis, performance management, or as a strategic sourcing expert
• Experience within Telecom ISIT categories is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, finance, or an equivalent field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and AI tools
• Proven ability to communicate complex performance and strategy topics to senior stakeholders
• High level of integrity and ethics
