Manager, Strategy and Execution - Deal Technology: IT Due Diligence

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement teams executing IT due diligence and transaction services to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform IT due diligence, stand-alone costing, operating model design, and synergy identification.
• Lead integration planning and execution (IMO) and carve-out or divestiture planning (CMO).
• Develop Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs) and M&A integration playbooks.
• Identify key IT risks related to integration timelines and functional areas.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships at senior management levels.
• Support business development activities, including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, or operating models.
• Required experience in Big 4 diligence, integration, or divestiture environments.
• Proven track record in merger integration, acquisitions, divestitures, or carve-outs.
• Experience acting as a trusted IT Advisor to large-scale organizations (Fortune 500 or comparable).
• Ability to travel to the U.S. on short notice.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage staff across multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture processes.
• Functional experience in Human Resource Management or Change Management.
• Relevant professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or PMP.
