Manager (Strategic Sourcing), Global Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Technology categories.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to deliver significant cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Manage the full RFP process, including running and managing tenders.
• Negotiate commercial and contract terms, including the structuring and marking up of supplier contracts.
• Act as a procurement subject matter expert and build strong relationships with global suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk teams and senior leadership up to the Executive Director level.
• Support initiatives to ensure compliance with the firm's global procurement policies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working within a multinational organization with exposure to diverse work cultures.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position managing independent projects.
• Proven track record in negotiating and marking up complex supplier contracts.
• Experience managing and influencing challenging stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Bachelor's or MBA degree from a reputed institute.
• Strong understanding of procurement methodologies and best practices.
