Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies for Marketing sub-categories including Data Insights, Media, Creative Agencies, and Events
• Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing and Sales leadership to align category strategies with business priorities
• Develop and implement category strategies using market intelligence, TCO models, and should-cost analyses
• Manage the end-to-end Source-to-Contract process, including RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
• Perform spend analysis and demand forecasting to generate fact-based procurement insights
• Monitor compliance with budgets, purchasing channels, and contracts while managing supplier performance and relationships
• Drive year-over-year cost savings, risk mitigation, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
• Proven expertise in category strategy development and contract management
• Strong skills in supplier relationship management and negotiation
• Ability to perform complex spend analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience with Supplier Diversity Program Management
