Responsibilities

• Own a book of business end-to-end, building relationships with founders and executives to drive hires.
• Act as a quality layer by translating role requirements into sharp recruiter briefs.
• Mobilize and calibrate recruiters within the Paraform marketplace.
• Drive vertical growth by increasing marketplace density and deploying strategic incentives.
• Coach and develop a team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs), growing to 6-8+ direct reports.
• Partner with Sales, Supply, Product, and Engineering to influence platform evolution.
• Build toward P&L ownership, managing role targets, hiring goals, and commercial responsibility.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in problem-solving (e.g., consulting/MBB) and growth/revenue-focused roles.
• Prior experience managing a multi-headcount team.
• Proven track record of owning customer relationships and driving revenue with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and target-driven environments.
• Exceptional 80/20 instincts and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Resourceful, creative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• High-ownership leadership style with exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Experience working within a marketplace model (e.g., operations, S&O, or account management).
