Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) across multiple complex AI data and evaluation projects
• Drive on-time, high-quality delivery across custom data pipelines and expert labeling workflows
• Translate researcher and customer needs into clear project plans, scopes, and operational workflows
• Own performance metrics including quality, throughput, SLAs, utilization, and margin
• Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve internal tooling and systems to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years in operationally intensive roles (marketplace operations, data operations, or strategy and operations)
• 2+ years managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from definition through delivery
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting strongly preferred
• Background in AI data operations, ML ops, or technical services is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, data, or technical workflows
• Ability to move between high-level systems thinking and detailed execution reviews
